Barry has written to the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Rishi Sunak with concerns raised by constituents trying to access the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme. Barry has urged the Chancellor to look at moving towards a 100% guarantee of loans for smaller businesses such as other countries have done.
